Why Harry ?

Well, first of all, he’s already managed half the squad at either West Ham, Portsmouth or Spurs.

He’s also managed to get West Ham to 5th in the Premier League, Spurs 4th, and Portsmouth a FA Cup win… all without spending a Billionare owners loose change.

He is the man to put his arm around the pampered princes of the Premier League and get them working together, with the desire to play for the manager and win something for the country to be proud of them.

Back Harry to be England manager… discuss using the comments fields below……

Welcome to PredictFootball.co.uk and our special World Cup prediction game.

For those of you who are new to Predict Football, the points scoring system is explained here :

10 points in total for a correct score – You predict 3-1 and the final score is 3-1.
OR :
3 points for a correct result – Home Win / Draw / Away Win – you predict 1-1, the score is 2-2.
1 point for a correct number of goals for a team – you say 2-1 and the score is 0-1 (correct away goals scored).

So, in each match, you could either gain 0 points, 1 point, 3 points, 4 points or 10 points…. confused yet ?

Predictions can be entered up to 1 minute before kick off – after that time you will not be able to enter or amend any predictions. You will not be able to see any other competitors predictions until after kick off.

PLEASE NOTE - Knock-out match results will be entered in our game as the score AFTER ANY EXTRA TIME. Should a game finish 1-1 at 90 minutes, and 1-2 after 120 minutes – the final score on PredictFootball.co.uk will show 1-2 and points will be awarded accordingly.

Match results will be entered as soon as possible after a game, depending on how drunk the admin people are – expect England results to be entered quite late.

Our sponsors have donated the prize for the winner, which is a 23″ LCD FULL HD TV/DVD Combi (woooooo!) – who ever gains the most points throughout the competition will win.

Should you have any questions, please drop us an email and we will do our best to reply. (Again depending on how drunk we are).

Good Luck
Well it is beginning to look like wunchofbankers can, as they go into the final round this Sunday with a 19 point lead on second placed young os.
young os will need to correctly predict at least 2 results that wunchofbankers fails to predict to stand a chance of taking over the £200 cash prize.

The race is fully on for 3rd place as there are now 3 players all sitting on 1,100 points as craig777, Trev Brooking Utd and erika99 will fight it out this Sunday to see who snatches the £50 3rd placed spot.

For the record, craig777 won week 37 on 44 points, erika99 and wallets took joint 2nd place, with suggsy74 taking 3rd for the week.

The final round of fixtures all kick off Sunday, then we have a short break of predicting until the world cup starts – you’ll need to sign up again for your free admission here – World Cup Predictions

April Manager of the Month award is Trev Brooking Utd, whose 7 correct predictions was enough to hold off challenges by Central coast hammers and Might Mariner.

Week 36 winner was dave (who?) with Mighty Mariner again limping in joint 2nd place alongside Emmo.

Whilst in the Premier League it’s Man Utd pressurising Chelsea for the title, in the Predict Football League, it is wunchofbankers who are now on course for the title – however with 2 weekends still to play, an upset is possible.
There is a 21 point gap between wunchofbankers, and 2nd placed young os – who have an 11 point gap above Trev Brooking Utd.

Yet with 22 games left to predict, and £370 in prizes left to give away, it is still worth predicting each game.

FREE WORLD CUP PREDICTION TOURNAMENT COMING SOON.
